Hello—

I’m Elias Crouch.

I’m a collaborative product designer who thrives on tough problems and building new things with great teams. I enjoy crafting strategy with leadership, getting into the details with engineering, and creating processes that make the work feel less like “work.”

For the past three years, I’ve been a product designer at AuditBoard, leading the design vision for our compliance software. Not just pushing pixels—but building the team, shaping process, and managing talent.

Before that, I spent over a decade at Carbon Five, a boutique consultancy bringing software to life. We built products for companies of all sizes—including Chime, MasterClass, EMC, and Capital One. More importantly, I worked with great people, shipped great work, and grew a lot as a designer.

Further back, I was designing logos, brands, print, websites, and helping startups get off the ground. Somewhere in there I also built a few houses (one made the cover of Dwell) and taught myself to shape surfboards.
